Feedback and confirm pages

I created a feedback page of my own and linked it to a confirmation page of
my own. I guess I have not linked it correctly because it takes me to a
'this page can not be displayed' when I "preview" it. Also whatever i have
entered into the submission boxes is not going into my private folder.
Please help...i guess i should give you some more info. I cut and pasted the
parts that I liked off of the feedback template and then i just did my own
url page for the confirmation page...any feedback is appreciated. thanks

Without seeing the page it's hard to say, but my gut hunch is the problem
lies in the "Cut and Paste" method.

Try this:

1- Open the page where you want your form > Insert your cursor where the
form fields will start.

2- Go to Insert > Form > Form (This will insert the form)

3- Now go to Insert > Form > and insert the desired form fields (Text box,
Text area, radio button, etc..)

4- Right click each form field and select Form Field Properties > In the
name remove the value FP inserts and replace it with your own. For example
if you have a name field, in the Name field insert "Name"

5- Right click anywhere in the form and select Form Properties > click
options > confirmation page > locate your confirmation page.

6- Click Ok > OK

Publish to your web server via FrontPage ONLY and test the form.

NOTE: This process will only work if your server has FP extensions installed
and you publish with FrontPage.
