No, there is not a template for it for Word. A version as a PDF file
is available from the IRS at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1099msc.pdf, but you're not allowed to
use it to file the information with them. It does contain the web
address and phone number where you can order the forms to be mailed to
you.
