Why bother when the companies supporting them and the
developers making them think it is so secure???

HELL YES.
as right now microsoft is focusing on IE and window xp
only as these is the most target of spyware/adware and
other malicous software. there not even thinking of any
popular browser right now except only IE.
This software would make IE ex-user come back again for
sure especially if this microsoft antispyware is free.
