To Microsoft:
Sorry to troll in like this. But this idea is too good to pass up.
How about padding your support articles, security bulletins, help files, etc.
with screenshots/illustrations? This could be a useful for many of your
support pages (and even offline help). It works for the Firewall docs (and
the Japanese security bulletins), it should work for the entire support site
too.
This idea is so simple, I can't believe it has not been discussed by
technical support before. In fact, I don't. Surely this was put forward ages
ago, and for some reason (bandwidth?) was ditched. Well, bandwidth is no
longer a problem today, so it's time to put the idea forward again.
A quick google search on brings nothing. Perhaps I'm using the wrong terms
(or aren't going back far enough)?

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Error Reporting -> Choose Programs
-> Do not report errors for these programs:
Acrobat.exe
waol.exe
