I cant find FDISK
The Last know version of disks that had it wa WIN98SE

Installing a RAID Mirror and says to format drives using
fdisk? Any Suggestions?

What says to format the drives? The RAID software/utility?

Instead of using FDISK, use your disk manager.

Right click on My Computer, click Manage, click on Disk Manager, and then do
what needs to be done on the right side. You will see your newly defined
drive there. Right click on it and choose format.
