FCB UNAVAILABLE in CMD.EXE

Hi,

One of our MS-DOS Apps is giving us grief on our XP Pro Workstations when we
use CMD.EXE. We're getting FCB UNAVAILBLE, if we used COMMAND.COM I'd know
what to do but how do I get more FCBs in CMD.EXE?
