FAXCOMEXLib problems - anyone knows this?

Hi, I'm trying to install a fax client on my PC (running on Windows XP), and I keep having problems with a missing library, FAXCOMEXLib. There are lists of common errors (see link [link removed]) but it still can't find it. I'm really new at this so I hope my question makes sense.... Does anybody have any experience with email-to-fax clients?

Most of us here are generic tech knowledge people. However, figuring out a problem is not very difficult when the right ingredients are there.

What is the name of the client?
At what point do you see the error message?
Did you pay for this software and as a result, have you tried their support options? Usually, they have the best ability to resolve your issues.

As indicated at your link, have you installed Fax Services and are they running?

It also states that you may need to install a fax modem.
