Can anyone tell me where I can download fxsap1.dll. I checked i386 folder
and it is not in there. I can't install my fax service. Had a new hard
drive installed and they installed my Windows XP.

FAX service is installed and working here, and there is no such file on this
PC.

It is fxsapi.dll not fxsap1.dll

fxsapi.dll is Microsoft Fax API Support DLL

Look in %windir%\system32\dllcache or C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache

It's also on the XP CD in the I386 folder, listed as FXSAPI.DL_

[[Run the FAX installation until it says it needs fxsapi.dll
Place your Windows XP Home Edition in your CD drive or go to the partition.
Use Windows Explorer to show folders and files
open the folder i\386, there you will find the necessary file, titled
FXSAPI.DL_, double click on FXSAPI.DL_, installation should finish
Hope this helps ]]
