Fax cover letter from Outlook contacts

Is there a way to print a fax cover letter directly from your contacts
in outlook 2003?

I think this would save time if I could click on a contact and outlook
can automatically print the fax cover letter. Anyone?

There is no menu item for a fax cover sheet in Outlook. Normally one would
create and then save a merge document for that purpose. For further
