Fax Console Crashes when closing

My Fax Console Crashes only upon closing it---but only on
one of the two accounts on the computer. I get the blue
screen that says at the top "Page Fault in Non-Paged
area", then it dumps the memory to disk, and counts down
and then reboots back up just fine. I tried uninstalling
and re-installing the Windows component, and that didn't
help---even caused some problems. After it boots up, it
prompts to report the crash to MS, and goes to Online
Crash ANalysis where I get the report "Error Caused by
Device Driver." Can anyone tell me how I can solve this
problem please?? Thank you very much!

Hi Beth,

It may take time to resolve these types of issues. I would start by checking
with the manufacturer for a modem driver update. This may also help you to
isolate the problem, as it may be a conflict with some other installed
software or device driver that is currently operating on the system:
