FAX and VB.Net

As per the first URL, I can see FAX Service usage in Windows XP.
That is what currently I am using.
How to install the FAX Service on Windows 2K?

Same as XP: Start Menu/Control Panel/Add-remove programs/Add-remove
components. You will probably need your windows 2000 installation disk.
Reapply the latest W2K service pack after installation.
