Favoriting within your computer documents

Hello,
I have spent an hour or so looking for the favorite link button while you
are still browsing within your computer. I noticed that Vista doesn't have
the convient little button that xp has. Does anyone know how to favorite a
computer url? Thanks
 
Hi,
You can create a shortcut in your Favorites fodler. To show the folder tree
in Explorer, check Organize->Layout->Navigation. Favorites folder is under
Desktop-><your profile name>->Favorites. To create shortcut, drag a
directory into the Favorites folder in the tree with right mouse button, and
choose "Create Shortcut here" when releasing it.
