S SingaporeWebDesign Jun 17, 2007 #5 Hello, Start IE. Then go to File, Import and Export. Perform a export of the favorites. Save the file in another medium such as a thumb drive. After reinstalling XP, perform the same step as above, choosing to Import the file back. You can also just copy the Favorites folder located in c:\documents and settings\<user name>\favorites and restore it back after formatting. -- Singapore Website Design http://www.bootstrike.com/Webdesign/ Singapore Web Hosting http://www.bootstrike.com/WinXP/faq.html Windows XP FAQ

M mikeyhsd Jun 18, 2007 #9 COPY is not the best process. it is best to use EXPORT/IMPORT from the File menu. (e-mail address removed) That is, copy the "Favourites" folder under your username/profile.
