You can download a permanent fix at Line 196 to alphabetize your
favorites and start menu items.

On any web page,
Lt. click [Favourites] on the Menu Bar, under the Title Bar >
Rt. click *any* listed favoutite item on the drop-down menu >
Lt. click [Sort by name] on the new, 2nd drop-down menu
