Favorites keep adding porn site folders

no matter how many times i delete porn site folders or
links, every time i restart ie6 they show back up? need
help getting rid of this stuff, tried spyware software
but to no avail
 
Delete history, cookies, temp files and bin.

Update the following programs and run them in safe mode preferrable (F8)
