Favorites Exporting/Importing

I exported my favorites and saved the .htm file and tried
to import it on another computer and I get an error
emessage at the end that says it is not a valid bookmark
file. Both computers are xp. any suggestions?

Importing an exported html favorites file doesn't work - "not a valid bookmark file".
Open the html favorites file; delete the line <!-- saved from url=(0022)http://internet.e-mail-->
