You will find Favorites at:
C:\Documents and Settings\Trevor\Favorites
(where Trevor is my username - there may be one for each user.)
Just copy the entire folder structure

Your emails are at:
C:\Documents and Settings\Trevor\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{83FDBF62-3205-46F3-BAE6-6D4B94BB0594}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express
(where Trevor is my username and {83FDBF62-3205-46F3-BAE6-6D4B94BB0594} will
be unique to your computer)

Again I think you can just back up the entire folder structure and copy it
over the same folder name when re-installed - the ID will be different.
You may have to delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\Trevor\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{83FDBF62-3205-46F3-BAE6-6D4B94BB0594}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\folders.dbx
Outlook Express will recreate it when you re-open it.
I am not 100% sure on this email backup procedure so keep backups of
everything
