favorite folders pane

Does anybody know how to remove items from the favorite
folders pane in Outlook 2003.

I have right-clicked and deleted a folder call 'For
Follow Up in Public Folders' but it remains in the
favorites pane.

Also, I cannot remove other folders called 'Inbox in
Public Folders' and 'Sent Items in Public Folders' even
though I already have Inbox and Sent Items folders.

I did not create the 'Inbox in Public Folders' and 'Sent
Items in Public Folders' they appeared after updating
outlook.

Thanks

Start Outlook with the /resetnavpane switch to rest the Navigation Pane.
