faulting module msjava.dll

Random computer reboot. Usually when multi tasking.Event
Viewer log entry follows,

"Faulting application ieexplore.exe, version
6.0.2800.1106, faulting module msjava.dll, version
5.0.3810.0 fault address 0x000267b8

Can anyone provide info on possible fixes and or reasons.
If .dll fill is corrupted, can I replace it or is it a
problem with MS VM?

It is a file in the Java VM, yes. So this would seem to be happening
when running a Java file at some web site. As you have the 'critical
update' build 5.00.3810 you may have hit a contaminated site with a
malicious java applet trying to exploit the hole that this update fixes
