Faulting Application Outlook.exe + outllid.dll

When I attempt to access either my contacts or my tasks, I receive the
following error:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.5510.0, stamp 3f1380f0,
faulting module outllib.dll, version 11.0.5608.0, stamp 3f35d24e, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00040e50.

This has started occuring for all 300 users following an email recovery
situation where we had to restore the storage point from tape and use exmerge
to reimport email and resolve security issues (a dial-tone recovery).

To date, I have deleted extend.dat and also attempted a repair of the
product. All to no avail.

Platform in WinXP (SQ1) and Office Outlook 2003.
