Fault tolerant

At present the 2 main office printers are shared from one of my domain
controllers (the printers are on hp jetdirect print servers).

The problem is that should that domain controller go offline for whatever
reason, no-one can print.

Is there a more fault tolerant way of setting this up, which can handle the
server being taken offline???
