Fatal Exception Window Player & Musicmatch Jukebox

I am have a problem with my Media player. Each time I start them the work
for a few mintues then this happen A Fatal Exception 0xc00000005 has occured
at 0x0c98b2f7b. As long as I don acknowlege the error it keeps play radio,
but if I am listen to my music libaray it stop. I have reinstall both
programs and it still happen help

Was the application ever functioning properly? If so was there anything that
could have caused this error to happen? You might want to make sure that your
updated to the latest version of the Media Player by going to their website
and installing the most recent update. If this doesn't help you might want to
check the drivers for your sound card by going to the sound card
manufacturers website and checking for more recent drivers than the one you
currently have listed under device manager in system properties.
