In XP home, since I upgraded from ME I get this error message on start
up....

FATAL ERROR, you must restart your computer.

Any suggestions.

This isn't enough information for you to get a good answer. Did you do a
clean install or just upgrade? Suggest you format the hard drive and
clean install WinXP. If you want more help, post back with system
specs.
