fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'afxres.rc'

Hi,

I´ve just tried scribble sample function. I got this message
fatal error RC1015: cannot open include file 'afxres.rc'
but the file is in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\MFC\Include
How can fix this problem?
