Fat ?

When I re-installed XP home I choose the FAT file system.
I have a 20gb hard drive ..and FAT made C: 2gb. I'm
reaching the limit of 2gb. What do I do now

2 choices
1. Clean Installation selecting FAT32 or better yet NTFS. (destroys
all data so back-up important data)
2. Getting a 3rd party application to manipulate the partition:

Data should be safe, back-up important data just in case.
