Fasttrak 150 SX4 maximum HDD size?

Greetings;
Have a legacy Promise Fasttrak 150 SX4 that works great with Raid 5 (4x250g) and was wondering what the max HDD size is...Any ideas?

The controller can handle upto 1 TB of storage ( 4 x 250 gb )
