Does FastStone have the ability to "tag" images so you can later view
them by tags? This is a feature of Adobe Photoshop I've always liked.
The free starter edition of Photoshop bundled with digital cameras has
this and it's great.

Hey, this one took me by surprise!

It's a great little picture viewer! No bells and whistles. Geared for
simplicity and speed. I call it a "pure" picture viewer because it does not
do editing, play music, etc. Some people are so comfortable with their
favorite editor and MP3 player they do not need their picture viewer to
support those functions at the expense of size and speed. It's a great
companion for your photo CD's, DVD's, or USB flash drive.

It's meant to be a fast, free image viewer, not a browser, organizer , or
editor.

It uses Windows Explorer for browsing, organizing, and thumbnails. It uses
your favorite editor to edit.

It's about time someone realized you can't beat specialized software at its
own game. I've never seen a built-in browser as good as Explorer, and never
seen built-in editing as good as PhotoFiltre or Paint.NET.

You might need to put your flame shields on! Heh.
