Fastest card on 200 Watt Shuttle SFF

My brother's got a Shuttle SN41G2 with a 200Watt power supply and wants
to do one final upgrade for the video with the fastest ATI AGP card that
can run with this neat little box. Any suggestions from SHuttle owners?

Specs:

Video: Stock built-in Nvidia
RAM: 2GB
HD: one 120GB
DVD-RW: one
PCI Winmodem

I've ready that a Radeon 9700Pro will work on this. Anything faster?
Just worried about the amount of power the newer cards like the X1600Pro
use.

I don't know about the latest gen, I DO know that the X800 series ran
'lighter' than the 9x00 series. A friend of mine runs an X800XL on his
Shuttle box...

Do you know if he's got the 200W PS from the first generation or the
250Watt from the ones from 2004 and newer?
