Fast User Switching

I need to find out how to switch users on this computer
without logging out of the account. When I press log off,
there is no option to switch users like there is on my
main computer, and I need a way to turn on the fast user
switching. I tried the Microsoft Help, but they are
telling me to click things that don't even exist!
Anybody? Help? Please!?!
