Fan Noise, Dust and Cooling

I have a Antec hard drive fan for my Antec case. (three little fans mount
in the front of the bay) Kinda useless.......doesn't seem to push much air
and is noiser than all the other fans put together. A few big fans are
better, These little things Whine.

With the two 80's in the back, the 80 in the front, the CPU fan, the PSU fan
and the video fan, my computer is noiser than a room air conditioner.

I also noted the quick accumulation of dust inside the case.... not 3 months
old. Dust was sucked in all over the gaps and spaces. Even the Front Panel
USP ports have small cracks that accumulate globs dust!

Some of the "filtered air case cooling design" thread make good points. The
case filter at the front of my case is just a mesh screen that does little
to stop dirt. I thought about vacume cleaner bag material to cover it.

The ultimate solution seems to be blowing IN filtered air. Perhaps the
output of a room air filter.
