This is a funny one. MSAW says that one of it's own
PowerToys is "known spyware":

taskswitch.exe
File name: taskswitch.exe

Description:
Publisher:
File path: c:\windows\system32\taskswitch.exe
File version:

This is a known spyware free process that uses autostart
properties to run.

Location details: Program located in registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

"spyware free" <> spyware.

Others have mentioned that this wording is unfortunate. I'll definitely go
for changing it if it persists further into the beta.

One suggestion is spyware-free. Does that help you?
