It's best to report these in the .signatures group. This one is already

Seagal - what application is this file associated with?

Can you post the results of Tools, advanced file analyzer for your file?

This is a file with the same name, but a different location, than the other
reports I've seen--and I'd like to figure out whether it is really as stupid
as to just be checking the name, or whether this file has the same MD5 hash.

The other reports I've seen are for the uninstall for SpywareBlaster, which
looks like this on my system:

Yes it will be fixed for Beta2

We will probably get a hotfix/new defs from MS about this
beacuse
this can lead to a real mess for million of users.

Are you getting an error message relating to a proxy server ? It's a
known issue. Keep trying it and the report will eventually go through.

definitions available around 6 PM EDT or so today.
