Failure to install SQL 2000 in Window 2003

I tried to install SQL 2000 in window 2003. During the
configuration phase, a dialog box appeared with a
message,"Setup failer to configure the server". Then, I
examined the sqlstp.log file, indicating SSL problem.
Please advice.
