failure of msgina.dll

I have a server with a dialog box where it says that the
msgina-dll fail to load, dispate my attampts to restore
it, using the recory console and even replacing it like ms
recommends this did not help.

Does anyone knows how to recover this Dll, as anyone
experience with this problem, and if so how did you fixed?

From another system on exactly the same service pack
(and hopefully hotfix, although there might be a LITTLE
leeway there.)

Then use that recovery console to move them in there.

(It's doable -- I am one of the few people who has written
a GINA; doesn't make me smart as I started from Microsofts
sample/outline. <grin>)
