Failed to redirect error

When I start my IE browser, it wants me to install
something from Word disk. I usually 'CANCEL' this and get
a 'Failed to Redirect' message. This is annoying. I get
this error only as a user on the system and not while
being logged on as administrator.

I tried running some spyware detection software and this
has still not helped.

Delete the old user profile and create a new one.
