Failed to find logon server to handle login request

Hi..

here is my scenario.

i have a win2003 and win2000 domain. each in their own
forrest connected by a two way trust.

i have a windows 2000 server in one forest and i'm on the
windows 2003 domain.

I try to do a \\<server name> and hit enter to bring up
the shares and i get that pesky

\\server is not accessible
There are currently no logon servers available to handle
the logon request.

This only happens on that one server. I can attach to any
other server in that domain.. Just not that one.

We had a power failure last night and not all systems came
backup this morning. I have restored all power again and
everything looks fine from this side, just I can't hit
that one box.

There were some events in the event viewer that talked
about time and other small things, but nothing that really
stood out.. anyone have any ideas?

I have a security error that states

An unexpected error occurred during logon
etc.. Code 537

Checked your services to see if they all came back up. Also make sure the time is with in 5 min on each server. Time is critical and will give you that pesky error if the time is out of sync
