failed SP1 installation

I downloaded the Compact Framework SP1 package this
morning, NETCFSetup.msi, and installation is failing with
the message "This installation package could not be
opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that
this is a valid Windows Installer package." I verified my Windows
Installer installation by installing suptools.msi from the XP CD.
Anyone else had trouble?

We haven't seen reports of this particular problem, and it does rather
sound like a corrupt .MSI. I would suggest downloading again anyway, even
if it works on another machine. If that still fails, please load Orca from
the Installer section of the Platform SDK and post any errors reported by
the ICE test of the program.
