Fail DNS Simple Query Test

Hi there,

I have run DNS simple and recursive query against DNS Server which
resulted fail. But there's no significant name resolve issues. The server
didn't have any error logged on dns event logger. May I know is it
necessary for me to recreate the zone, what are the steps of doing
this....can I backup the zone before doing any changes....Your opinion are
vey much appreciated.
