Fagget Virusish thing - Please Help! Killing me

Hey i duno if anybody else has come accross it but its a dialup connection
thing called Access. What its doing is disconecting me from the internet,
then it says opening port, and dialling access. And i cant stop it dialing i
either have to restart it, then delete this conection that came outa thin air
from my network conections folder, or i have to wait for it to do its
business. Its killing me im only getting about as little as a minute or 10
minutes each time on dialup before it attacks me.

Is there something I can block, Disable, or some sorta cleanup program i can
run to stop this crap happening?
Please help me its really killing me aye lol
