Fade to Black

Since installing the security patch to prevent Blaster as
well as downloading and installing the recommended
Windows Updates, my screen periodically flashes an all
black background. It doesn't matter what program I'm in.
It briefly flashes to black and then returns me to where
I am whether surfing or working in a document. Is anyone
having a similar experience? Is there a cure?
 
Hi,
I have the same problem too. I have a laptop and a
desktop. they both have the same updates installed. This
black screen flashing happens on my laptop but doesnt
happen on the desktop. Can someone help me too? Thanx.
