F1 at start up

When I start up, at boot up black windows, Windows XP
Professional I get a message hit F1 to continue are
delete to enter set up.I can't get it to clear.If their
is anyone that can help or ideas.

Hi Dennis,

Use <delete> to enter setup, you have something misconfigured in the BIOS.
Check the boot options for starters.
