F-Secure, info renamed virus.

Hi,
I use with satisfaction F-Secure. It blocks many virus and worms in my
PC.
Every virus or worms that F-Secure doesn't succeed to clean (a lot of
them) it renames them. But these renamed virus where do they go?
Perhaps do they go into a quarentine folder? Or do they remain in
their housing?
