Howdy!

Yes, I've installed, played and finished the game "F.E.A.R." on Vista-32bit!
All in around 20 hours consecutively! (which btw, I would not recommend to
others as it's well noted that this could damage your health, but it's such a
great game I just couldn't put the controller down!)

P.S. I went out and bought an xbox-360 controller specifically for this
game. The drivers supplied by Microsoft worked "FANTASTICALLY", just as they
do in Windows-XP-PRO!
