Extremely poor quality of INKRITE toner.

Bought it because cost came to 60% of SAMSUNG toner for my ML-1510.

I would be lucky if output comes to 10% of SAMSUNG toner.

So you are proud of your poor judgement?
Didn't you know that when you go after price instead of quality
you have made a poor choice?

Try taking the toner out and shaking it. I don't know if it well
help, but I hear people do that. If it doesn't help, I would complain
to the company and request a refund.
