extracting vista

I can extract the iso and copy it to a dvd. But how do you get useful data
from the tao file to a dvd.

You don't. Do not extract anything. You simply want to burn the .iso image
to disc. Nothing more.
 
DO NOT EXTRACT ANYTHING FROM THE .ISO! BURN
IMAGE TO DISC!

If you open Nero StartSmart, make sure you have
DVD selected at the top center, then click on
the "Copy and Backup" icon (second from the
right) and finally "Burn Image to Disc."

If you open Nero Burning ROM, you select
"DVD-ROM(ISO)"

If you open Nero Express, you select "Disc Image
or Saved Project"

Any one of the 3 methods will copy the .ISO
image to a disc.
