Extracting records

Hi All,

I need a query to extract only that records which have a word "Transfer" in
remarks field.

Plz help me,

Hi Hassan,

in the design view of a query, put all the fields you wish to show on
the grid

then, for the Remarks field, do this:

field --> Remarks
criteria --> Like "*Transfer*"

if your fieldname is not Remarks , make the appropriate substitution
