Extracting Internet Headers with VB code?

I need to extract the Internet Headers out of about 80 Spam emails.

I kno wyou have to right click on the message and use Options and then copy
out the Headers but this is obviously going to be impractical.

Is there someother way of extracting these in bulk?
Maybe an application or some VB code?
