extracting everything from the db on specific ID

Is there an easy way to extract everything relating to a particular record
out of a db into an exact replica based on a particular ID.

I think Michael Kaplan, in his site, http://www.trigeminal.com/,
presents some SQL code implying the system tables in a replicated database,
at that effect, in order to solve conflicts, but the mass of information
make it difficult to pin point the info. Alternatively, try the replication
ng (microsoft.public.access.replication).
