Extract the contents of A CELL

Hi

I wanna search the excel sheet for a particular string (using C#), say- I wanna search a string like 'XYZ' in the whole of the excel sheet... How would I do it using C# as the code behind language? How do I issue a select statement (including a 'where' clause) at the code behind?
