Extra quotes in CSV file (""") Help !

If I write a excel file that has a string as follows:

( 1,"ABC",2 ) the csv file contains ( 1,"""ABC""",2 ). How do I trun off
the 2 extra ( " ). ???

Those extra quotes are intentional and necessary. For a description read "Delimited Text
